The Meetings

General Meeting Format
The Club President opens the meeting with announcements, then introduces the Toastmaster of the day.

The Toastmaster announces the theme and introduces the Timer who explains how timing is done.

The Toastmaster introduces the Grammarian for the word of the day.

The Toastmaster introduces the Humor / Inspiration Master to share a joke or inspirational story.

The Toastmaster introduces the speakers (number of speakers per meeting varies, usually 2 or 3 prepared speeches are delivered).

The Toastmaster introduces the Table Topics Master of the day.

The Table Topics Master invites 2 or 3 people from audience (who do not have roles) to deliver "impromptu" speeches on a given topic (2 minutes each).

The Toastmaster introduces the General Evaluator. The General Evaluator introduces the evaluators to deliver their feedback (2 minutes each) about the prepared speakers.  The General Evaluator then calls the Grammarian and Timer to give their reports.

The Toastmaster announces the name of the best table topic speaker and turns meeting back to the club president for the business portion.

Club president closes the meeting after discussing business.

Meetings may vary based on number and length of speeches. Special meetings are held for speech contests and special "learning days".
